Hindrin Saeed, P.E.
Principal Engineer Hindrin Saeed is a licensed Professional Engineer with experience in construction engineering, inspection, and project management for transportation and infrastructure projects. His background includes roadway reconstruction, bridge rehabilitation, rail facilities, utility coordination, and urban construction performed under active operations and complex staging conditions.
Mohammed Saeed, NICET IV
Principal Engineer / Quality Manager Mohammed Saeed has over 35 years of experience providing construction inspection and quality assurance services for transportation, rail, bridge, and utility projects. He holds NICET Level IV certification and has served in senior inspection, chief inspector, and resident engineering support roles on major DOT and rail authority projects
