Renovating A High-Performance Maintenance Facility

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) completed a major renovation and expansion of its Maintenance Facility in Milford under Project 0083-0259.

Spanning more than 43,000 square feet of renovated and newly developed space, this multi-phase project focused on improving operational efficiency, increasing safety standards, and creating a more functional environment for long-term transportation maintenance operations.

Through demolition, reconstruction, and modern facility upgrades, the project transformed the existing Banner Drive location into a more capable and future-ready maintenance center.
